Halloween is here! Finally! This was one of my kids’ favorite celebrations of the year after Christmas & their birthday when they were younger. They got to dress up and people gave them candy. What’s not to like?! The moment to trick or treat would arrive and they’d want to go dashing out the door to conquer the neighborhood.

Marc Summers, the Food Network star & producer was in Philadelphia in early August taping an episode of Restaurant Impossible. After the taping, he caught a cab to his next destination. The driver lost control in the midst of a torrential rain storm, hydroplaned and crashed.
