On July 8, 2013, the Dallas Morning News shared Kirstyn Blackwood’s story. She’d been out with friends on a boat at Lake Ray Hubbard near Rockwall for the fourth. After a day of sun and partying, the boat fired up its engine and headed back to the marina. The only problem was Kirstyn who’d jumped off the boat was accidently left by her group. She called out to the boat when it began to pull away but wasn’t heard due to the music being played. They discovered she was missing when they arrived back at the marina and notified the police.

Wedding Insurance

Sheri and I had the pleasure of attending the wedding of a dear friend last month. The bride looked stunningly beautiful and the groom had the look of someone completely smitten, knowing he was blessed beyond his wildest imagination. It was truly a delightful experience to celebrate them with their family and mutual friends. The bride’s dad performed the ceremony which made it very special.

Car Insurance and Uninsured Motorist Claims

A client called me a couple of weeks ago. He’d been rear-ended by another person who said he had car insurance, but he didn’t. Their car insurance had been cancelled due to non-payment which meant my client had to file a car insurance claim on his policy where someone else was clearly at fault.
