When to Add a Teen to Your Car Insurance Policy

I had two conversations with two different clients over the last two weeks about teen drivers and their car insurance policy. One client has a daughter that’s turning 16 so we worked through the steps of when to add her to the family’s policy. The second client has a daughter that’s turning 15 and will get her learner’s permit. What is Inland Marine Insurance and Who Needs it?

I had a conversation with a local Dallas home builder recently. We were discussing an upcoming project he was about to start and the builders risk insurance he needed for it. We’d already covered the project’s scope, the current value of the home, and its increased value when the renovations are completed. I then asked him about the value of materials he’d be purchasing and the delivery schedule.

An Introduction to Motorcycle Insurance

I admit it; I’ve always had a little bit of jealousy for anyone who rode on a motorcycle. It didn’t matter if it was a sport bike, cruiser, or off road bike. One of my favorite sounds is the low throb of a V-Twin idling. It’s music to my ears! In the next few years, I’ll take the plunge, take the rider safety class, and buy a bike, but until then, I’ll satisfy that urge helping people with their motorcycle insurance.
